Turkey Breast Poached in White Merlot

Next time, I'll stick with a purely white wine. Some of the characteristics of the typically "whole red" Merlot kind of creep through, but its not too overpowering while using this White Merlot blend. Added some onions, green peppers, and black & white peppercorns. Yum!
