Quick, simple, easy sunday summer meal.

Lime Pepper Steak on a bed of Spinach leaves, Arugula (added after pic was taken) w/ garlic croutons, crispy onions, lightly tossed in a homemade sweet lime juice dressing.

 

 

Sand Bar on the Marina in Jersey City has its own Fireworks. No crowd. Cool fam, cool waterfront show. Happy 4th of July!!! (this spot also has its own mini beach)
